Insurance MVP Development

I need an end-to-end MVP that lets insurance owners obtain a quote, buy a policy and later review or update it, while giving our underwriting team the tools to price risks, issue policies and handle claims in the background. Front-end • Responsive web interface that walks users through a short questionnaire, instantly shows a quote and, once accepted, creates the policy in their account. • Simple dashboard where customers can view active policies, download documents and see upcoming renewals. Back-end • Risk-scoring engine that consumes the quote data, applies our rating factors and returns a premium. • Underwriting workflow to approve or refer cases according to business rules we will supply. • Lightweight claims module that stores supporting files and updates claim status. It should slso help in claims payments. Please structure the code so the UI communicates with the processing layer through clean REST (or GraphQL if you prefer) endpoints; language and framework are flexible as long as they are mainstream and well-documented. I will provide the rating tables, underwriting rules and sample policy wording—you wire them in. Deliver working source, basic unit tests and a short README that lets my team run the MVP locally or in a cloud sandbox.
