I’m ready to launch a new online home-shopping experience focused exclusively on residential listings and I need the full website built from the ground up. The core of the site is an interactive map that will: • display property location markers in real time • let visitors search the map by neighbourhood, postcode, or drawing a custom area • open an at-a-glance popup with photos, price, and key facts whenever a marker is clicked Beyond the map, the platform must include two account tiers—public users who can save favourites and schedule viewings, and an admin dashboard where staff can add or edit listings, upload media, and manage users. The admin side should be intuitive, with bulk-import capability (CSV or XLS) so updating hundreds of homes is fast. I’m flexible on the tech stack—WordPress with custom plugins, Laravel, or a modern JavaScript framework are all fine—as long as the final site is responsive, quick to load, and SEO-friendly. Google Maps, Mapbox, or OpenStreetMap integrations are acceptable; pick what delivers the smoothest user experience. Deliverables 1. Fully functional website hosted on our domain, SSL-secured 2.
