For your requirement you ave to buy a dedicated hosting server it's very costly but it's give you more flexible and very fast speed to upload

I recommend to go with KVM VPS in United states. I will provide some VPS Provider details who can give vps with unique ip and good bandwidth @ shared hosting price.

I can suggest you various hosts - all are cheap and offer some good plans and are fast enough namely bluehost, hostgator, dreamhost and others. I have used couple of them myself over 7 years and have never faced any issue. I can also help you with moving to them. I believe I am the right person for the job and can start now.
