We need a website that by layout looks like a social networking website for professional people to sell there services. I would like the pages to have a layout that is clean. Professionals will be able to register their username and they will then be able to customize a page with pictures and descriptions of their services. People can purchase them by the hour. So each persons page in essence will be advertising their profession. Visitors to the website will be able to purchase their services. Users can update and add things and customize their page. But unlike say wikipedia only the user can adjust his or her page. users of the website can recruit other users and they will receive a commission for any future sells by the users they recruit. So the website will have to keep track of the sales of each user plus it will also have to keep track of commissions made when another user who was recruited by someone makes as sell. For example. A Graphic Artist has a page on the website. He charges $50 an hour for his services and over a given period he sells 10 hours worth of work via the website. The website takes out say 10% of what he sells so he would make $500-our websites 10% commission. So the user will make $450. For a small fee the user should be able to request that $450 via a check mailed to him ( the administrator of the site needs to have the ability to generate checks to be mailed ) or he can enter in his bank info and request an automatic transfer. A portion of the 10% commission the website takes out will go towards commissions IF the user was signed up by another user of the website. For example the said Graphic designer was signed up by another user of the website so the user who signed him up gets maybe 2% of all sales he makes. The website needs a database that keeps track of who signed up who and what their commissions are. Their may be a commission down line similar to a MLM ( Multi Level Marketing ) so it needs to keep track of possibly multiple levels of commission. The website needs to have Administration tools to keep track of User Names, Passwords, Down lines of which users signed up who, as well as keeping track of commission amounts. The administrator also needs to keep track of Bank transfers and checks printed for money made by users and commissions paid. He also needs to be able to have some sort of master type login where he can change things on certain pages if need be. In a nutshell a website that allows professionals to customize a personal web space online and sell their services via credit card transactions. Commissions will be paid out to those who sign up other users and databases keep track of everything. I have a logo that is hand drawn and I would like it converted into a nice graphic for the main page. I would like access to the temporary website to see the progress as it is made and to make changes if need be. Website should also have a message board system for users to post and reply to messages. ****** Some Important Highlights *Most transactions on the website will be handled by Credit Card. *There should be a password reminder feature for those who forget password. *For each account holder there should be a console to track past sales and various commission information. *Administrator access ability to edit any account for various reasons. (I.E. Violation of Terms of Service) * Payments for accounts should be arranged so if an account holder requests payment, they can choose between an electronic transfer or a paper check. If paper check is The choice a check can be printed at OUR offices to be mailed later. If an electronic funds transfer is the choice, an automated ETF is executed to the account of user's choice. The Commission and payment system is the MOST important part of the site and payments (or the printing of the check) should be executed automatically once the user has made the request *Section of website for the posting of USER or WEBSITE designed fliers, business cards, sales material etc for the downloading and printing of anyone. User designed items can be submitted via a submit your item button at the bottom of the page *Another section for user and site designed items (Like backgrounds, Pics, Logos etc) for download and use of other users for their individual site designs. *Messaging utility so that users can communicate with each other especially so that users can communicate with other users that they have signed up and get commissions from. Also the ability to send emails to outside email addresses via the same console. *Every user designed page should have a "Tell a Friend" button so a message can be forwarded to someone to "Check out" an individual page. *Site backup utility so that the site can be backed up on the server and via my office PC located elsewhere *F.A.Q. and a “How it Works" Demo *Ability to add code to an outside website that would link a users service for sale that would automatically redirect to a shopping cart with item in it. So someone could add service for sale to another website and we could still process the sale. Similar to the ability to add the HTML code of a banner on another website to yours or the add video to your website feature on youtube *Search feature so visitors can search for certain accounts or services for sale. **************** People with experience with Social Networking, Wiki, Credit card transactions, Bank Payment Transfer systems and Multi Level Marketing is a plus.
