Background:

The X3 MTA is a distributive mail system that focuses on maximizing the profitability of the user. The goal is to have an intuitive design that makes navigation easy and simple while having a profession, on the edge, look and feel.

Project Scope:

- Timeline: 30 calendar days - strict

- Revisions: 4 included in pricing

- Communication: Contractor should designate a point of contact and be available once a week via AIM to discuss the project status and updates.

- Selection criteria: There are no geographic restrictions but must be fluent in english.

Payment Terms: We will deposit the money in escrow and payment will not be made until the project is completed as agreed upon.

Target Audience:

- The user of the software is a non-technical novice that has little to no technical knowledge. The user will have access to fast Internet connections and use Internet Explore, Firefox, and Safari web browsers.

Design requirements:

- We are giving the designer freedom to design the site but there are some preferences listed below. These are merely suggestions of what we would like but are open to not using them.

- Preferences:

- Colors:

- We like blue and orange

- Logo:

- The product is called X3 and we want the logo displayed. We are also open to logo designs.

- Look and Feel:

- We are big fans of Macs but do not want that design to be too "Mac'ish" or "bubbly"

- Navigation:

- We want to use vertical and horizontal navigation for the system. The vertical should relate to items the deal with setting up and managing campaigns. While the vertical should relate to administration of the server (ie. Nodes, admin, clusters, etc).

- Domain selection:

- The domains should be organized by sender ID (see fig 1). As you shown there would be check boxes under the header of sender sender ID.

Conclusion:

- There are screen shots showing the current and very simple design on the site. The Contractor who wins will get access to the html code and a sever for the design work. We will need to see samples of other work performed and we can answer any questions you might have before bidding on the project.
