Design and Create Wordpress Template

I need a wordpress template. You will design it, create template and also provide .psd file.
You MUST be a skilled artist/graphician in first place!
The name of the site is [login to view URL] This template is for a wordpress blog about old games. I`d like it to be lightweight, have a clean, 2-column layout and basically, to look professional and not too fancy. As i have mentioned, it`s about retro gaming so it would need quite specific style, blending that specific retro element and modern design. Obviously, as a part of the design, You will have to design a logo and I don`t mean just simple text with a few photoshop filters.
I`d like to have an option that comes with all review templates to include a box with game score in post(one overall+3 separate ones).

most important, it offers two layouts : magazine and traditional blog layout. I like this layout and you may base your template layout on this one.

especially the mark of the ninja design/website. I wouldn`t mind anything it that style, but i would preffer it to be a little more bright:)
