iPhone App Design Mockup from an Existing Website

Hi Freelancers,
I'm looking for an expert iPhone App Designer who can provide me with a full mockup based on an existing website. The Freelancer is allowed to design the app in anyway they see fit. The only requirement is for the functionality and general theme remaining the same. The full mockup will contain designs for all the buttons (active and inactive), as well as all the app pages.
Final file: PSD file with systematic layers. Each layer is to be named accordingly for referencing later on.
The Freelancer: MUST have previous mobile, iPhone App Designs in their portfolio. I will send the existing website to any promising freelancer for review and appropriate budget calculations.
