Build a Website - Bitcoin Dice Casino

I'm looking to develop a Bitcoin Dice Casino. I have a significant financial backing and significant milestones of progress are a requirement for payment (throwing text on a page will not suffice). This project will require a solid website developer versed in javascript, php, working with databases, and ajax. You must have knowledge of developing browser based bitcoin wallets for deposits and payouts. Dice is a number game, you'll have to understand tcp (connection based communications) and cryptography. Please do not give me your generic development responses unless they include work with bitcoins, you will not be considered for this opportunity if you do not have a background in working with bitcoins!
