Subscription/Membership Based Wholesale Buyers Club - organic products eCommerce store

*Note this may be a long term assignment which will convert to an hourly rate after initial project is complete I am creating a series of websites, eCommerce stores which I want done using Magento. The first we will be focusing on will be for this project. The store will sell a variety of organic, non GMO, healthy products - different categories include food and beverage, baking, baby, restaurant, drinks, grains etc. All and all I have access to 20k products - I plan to start with around 500 on the website and slowly build it up over time adding new products every day/week. I will creating a separate website from this one that will sell the products at retail prices. I will then advertise a "wholesale buyers club" for businesses where they can pay a monthly membership and get access to our products at a discount rate. I would prefer if the theme for this site, front and back end of the site can carry over and be used for the other site with little modification to the front and back end. I need someone that has little on their plate and can focus on this full time for the next however long to get it knocked out - I will be working with you full time remotely to get this project completed as quickly as possible. Important aspects to me - ability to create great graphics, banners, images etc. - ability / knowledge of best extensions and how to install and customize them (amazon, ebay, order fulfillment, payment systems, pop up banners, olark, optimizely, one page checkout, - strong SEO skills to get it right the first time around so I dont have to spend tons of money later redoing everything - someone that can work over skype or something similar with videoshare so I can learn basic things in magento as we go like adding new products, customizing the seo, meta tags etc for each page, changing and tweaking little things etc. must be comfortable with this type of work environment - must be able to upload all files to another domain to create a copy of this exact website, after which we will change graphics, logos, plugins etc. - prefer someone good with working with someone with a lot of ideas, constructive criticism and eagerness to learn - patience is a virtue!
