Move my data from the site's SQL database

This is a basic project. My hosting company is threatening to shut my website down because all of the content (music files) that I am marketing are apparently inside my SQL database instead of where it is supposed to be stored.
I need someone to look at how my website has been configured and move the files around so that my SQL disk space usage goes below 3GB. The site is www.AfricanMP3s.com.
Added: Please note that I will also need to have the uploading process changed so that ftp uploads go to the new location instead of the existing location
Added: Changed to hourly so that nobody needs to worry about seeing the database before bidding. The site is still live so I want to minimize the chance that something is changed before a coder is selected
