Tweak and Redesign a Wordpress website

This is a similar project to what I had done a few weeks back (you can check my history for details on the last project).
Essentially, I want someone to slightly tweak a Wordpress website, and do minor redesigning on it.
The website has a premium theme installed on it. All you'll need to do is carry out minor changes, do a bit of redesigning and tweaking.
For e.g. I want the designer to:
1. Configure the navigation bars
2. Add social icons
3. Change the color scheme
4. Resize the post thumbnails on the home-page
5. Tweak the sidebar and make some additions to it
6. Minor tweaks in the footer
And maybe a few other minor changes.
No major work required, only a few minor tweaks and changes all of which shouldn't even take more than a couple of hours.
Once the bid is awarded, I will give the website URL to the winning bidder + access to the website dashboard. Alternatively, the URL of the blog can be given to interested bidders, PM me if you want to see how the blog looks right now and I'll send you the address.
Make sure you fully understand the scope of work before placing your bid.
Reasonably-priced bids will be given preference. However this is NOT a priority, as quality work will be my top-most priority.
