This is made on an opencart platform which is more for selling products than property
I need a property portal website to market property all over the world to buyers from all over the world. Mobile and Tablet Friendly and fast loading is the most important thing that has to look upmarket and very crisp and clean.
It has to be able to generate its own xml feed for the latest 1500 properties listed each week that updates automatically so these properties can be fed out to multiple portals via xml feed we currently use a company called xml2u to do this but feel if we can generate our own feeds it would save us that monthly bill they charge
Agents should be able to submit their xml feed to the site for 500 properties which updates automatically without the need for a tech guy doing it
It needs to have a main menu – Home – Overseas Property for sale – Overseas Property News – Sell Property – Book Flights – Recently Sold – Featured Property
I need to be able to create my own landing pages for /sell-property-spain - /sell-property-france and so on for every country in the world.
examples here - i want to be able to add more and more of these on myself as the site grows and we need more pages for adwords

Each sell property landing page needs to have sold properties on it and customer testimonials and contact boxes for name – email – telephone number – property country - asking price - and property details - also i really like all the little boxes with the extra information on these sell pages so want something similar
The main landing page on the homepage needs to be /sell-overseas-property
The website needs to have a one page online form where clients can upload all their property details, photos descriptions rooms etc and size of property with google maps on the form and the ability to drag and drop a little house to exactly where there property is on the map.

Each listing should have a widget for [login to view URL] installed if people want to book flights to view a property they don’t need to leave the site. and a widget to book hotel stays
When a property is sold or under offer there needs to be a big red stripe diagonally across the main image saying sold or under offer again I should be able to select this option in the back end.
The site should have a plugin that no matter how big the photo the plugin resizes the photo for web optimization so as to no ruin the sites bandwith.
Need a Search function on the site so people can search by name of country and a property price sliding bar search function so it bring up every property under a certain price range all over the world.
Added extras would be a video converter that can convert peoples photos into a video for their listings
