I am in the process of setting up an online Spanish/English online language school. I need a website produced which I intend to host in Hong Kong. It needs to upload fast for potential customers in China, and receive payments via WeChat and Alipay (I think Stripe works for this). I have almost completed a demo site as a guide, but it is in English. The important aspects are that it will load as fast as possible on mobiles for Chinese, the design would reflect Chinese customer culture and that payments would be easy onto the website based in Hong Kong. There might be other required features I have not thought of yet, so I might need some guidance on the best solution.
