Convert a Template to an EDM (newsletter)

We need someone that can code from multiple Photoshop templates into responsive EDMs. The templates need to work well across all the main desktop and mobile email apps and browsers.
This will be regular ongoing work, but will start with just 1 template to make sure you do it properly.
We'll give you the correct html structure for this, as it is for a drag and drop email application and each section will be in blocks.
