Mirfin Valuation Services (Pty) Ltd is a South African independent provider of property and asset valuations, established in 2002. We are currently a leader in the property and asset valuations industry within South Africa, and we intend to expand into the international market by the end of this year. We work on an advanced online quotation system, making our services easy to understand and our system as user friendly as possible. We pride ourselves on our "notch-above-the rest" instantaneous quotation process, and our back office system is also a testimony to how we have used tech to be the most efficient and effective in our industry. As well as this, we have modernised our social media communications, expanded our reach to new target markets, and we have generally updated our look & feel on the external communications end of things. Kindly find attached a few examples of communication pieces. However, our website still needs an overhaul, as it is outdated and can be described as "intimidating" (the insurance valuation process is an intimidating process to begin with, and the website look & feel reflects this). We would like our new website to be: - Fresh - Modern - Clean - Vibrant but sophisticated - User friendly - Simple - Eye-catching (we have to keep people on our website for a longer period of time!) - Animated in places - Interactive (this is absolutely a necessity) Brief Requirement: As we have our own development team, we only require a new design/look & feel of the Mirfin website. Especially , the Database schema that will govern the user flow needs to be talked about. So to put it simply , I want to have a more clear understanding of the end goal.
