Re-design Home Page and Top Level Section Navigation for Existing Web Site for IT Service Provider/MSP

We are looking to re-design our web site home page to be more visually appealing, user friendly and to work well for both desktop and mobile users using responsive design. We are an IT and Managed Services Provider with a very large site with hundreds of inner content pages and many areas of expertise. You should review our existing home page, overall company capabilities, and the major sections as shown with our left column navigation. The existing home page is very text and link heavy due to legacy SEO optimization and we would like a more icon/picture oriented navigation structure with much less text to aid navigation. We would like to have a proposed design for both the home page and a the model for a single top level section (as represented by the left navigation areas) that will be replicated for all major site sections. We would like someone that can propose three different visual designs as static graphic files for a full screen browser (1920x1080 portrait), tablet (1280×800 portrait and landscape), and a mobile phone in portrait mode of the home page and a top level subsection page. We would pick one design and then you would need to design and implement a functional site with the single home page and a single subsection page that we could use to integrate into our site. - Our existing website is https://www.progent.com. - The subsection design can be any of the left navigation column sections you want to choose and it should incorporate all the right navigation items for that area with appropriate graphics. Ideally it would be best to use the first one "Small Business IT Support" that has 26 right navigation items, which is one of the largest. - We would like the existing top navigation bar to be retained for site consistency with deeper content, but would consider proposals without this part or other changes that could be site-wide - The new page design should complement the typical deep content pages that we are satisfied with the overall look and navigation such as [login to view URL] - Developer will be responsible for creating/providing custom navigation aids/icons/pictures. If using stock pictures please provide details of licensing costs. - We will be responsible for final navigation text on home page and subsection page but developer should provide sample proposed text/sizes that does not need to be readable/proper language. - The demo page provided in HTML should use responsive design using Bootstrap 3.4.0 and work properly on both a full screen desktop browser, a tablet computer such as an iPad in landscape and portrait modes, and iPhone and Android mobile phones. - The provided demo page should use the existing home page HTML/CSS/Javascript as the source for changes such that the top navigation area has the same dynamic functionality as the existing site. - The proposed design and demo should work with the any versions of Chrome, Microsoft IE, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, and Firefox and mobile device browsers released over the past 5 years. - We plan to implement this new design in two stages. The first be a updated home page only with all links going to existing left column navigation sections. The 2nd phase will be to implement subsection navigation pages for all left column navigation areas, which will be a follow-on project. The developer should provide links to sites of similar size and scope to this project when providing bids.
