Design the homepage of my website

I'm launching a new website soon. It is not ready yet. I want a talent freelancer to design the homepage with photos and colors etc and another page (to which all drop down menu will direct the user) I have already the, homepage map, logo and mood board, what i want to write, but my creativity is a bit down so I need help with this.
I already bought some photos which I would like to use, so all tools are available for the freelancers, just to create a nice design for the home page is what I need.
I'm not that demanding but I want at least 8 attempts within the price. I might be satisfied with the first attempt but if not, then the freelancer should try more until I get a good result.
I will send all the photos, logos, moodboard to the freelancer upon contracting. The website is about essential oils and natural skin care.
