Expert Web Designer

Hi Everyone, I am Looking for an individual capable of website designing and exporting into w3c valid html and css. Understanding php is a plus but not necessary. My first project will be for a personal project of mine where I need a very impressive design in PSD format. So for this GAF project please bid on a 6 page PSD design...therefore your bid will be for these 6 pages only. However, I am looking for a long term relationship with a great designer. Must be available via email or IM on a regular basis in Eastern Time Zone. Must be able to give an accurate timeline and deliver. The more accurate and professional the more work you will get. Requirements - Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash, Flex, Actionscript.(Most important) - Design wordpress themes, logo design, header design, design/fix plugins, joomla, oscommerce, wordpress etc. - Strong sense of design, web 2.0 style. - Able to take projects from concept to completion - Must speak English well. - Must be able to follow instructions and take direction with minimal supervision - Photography, videography and basic video editing skills a plus - Ability to write standards based XHTML, CSS, MySql and JavaScript code and markup - Experience using DHTML and AJAX to enhance the user experience. - Experience with designing consumer-oriented banners and landing pages web and print design experience - Ability to design and implement creative web solutions that have a web 2.0 look and feel - A strong understanding of modern web practices to create an efficient user-experience - Modern layouts using tableless design - A good understanding of cross-browser issues and their workarounds - Experience with designing sites for small to mid-sized businesses.
