Fix rotating image on Wordpress site

We have a word press site with a image that is supposed to change every 30 seconds. The plugin Wordpress Gallery has already been added to the site but the images fail to load. We need either another solution for the rotating images, or it fixed.
The images included in the zip folder should scroll through at thirty second intervals and the slideshow should be positioned within the black box shown in the screenshot.
The slideshow must have the ability to change, add, and remove images easily.

We will provide login details for the chosen bid for wordpress and cpanel.
