Responsive Website in Visual Studio MVC

Visual Studio Responsive Website We currently have 50,000 vehicles sending data which we track and show sensor data, the websites is getting old now and we need a fresh look and new features. We have also changed the hardware with the main board able to act as a gateway for more and varied sensors. We will be using Azure ComosDB for the data points with Azure SQL for user information, vehicle setup data and relationships between users, vehicles, and sensors. This data will be accessed via the API which we may write. The website needs to be written in Visual Studio, ideally as a MVC project, we must be able to load the project ourselves at various stages. The website must be responsive and scale to screens or mobiles. We have been experimenting with Blazor as Microsoft promise a release (ho ho) allowing code to be ported to mobile apps. We use OpenstreetMap for our mapping data and leaflet as the mapping engine with “leaflet ant path” to give direction to the routes. Currently we use Syncfusion as graphing tool, which works with Blazor The website needs to be theme-able so that we can brand for different companies. All messages and screen titles must in a resource file or database to that it can be multi-lingual. We need the website to get its data using an API, this API will also be available to clients who wish to use their own web-site design. The API must be secure, and tools written to add/remove clients as if they we users on a website. We would like the API to use Swagger so that clients can easily implement their own websites. We are selling into different markets, some will require mapping others not, so the code must be broken down into its functionality and made re-useable e.g. code libraries etc. These libraries will also be used for the App which will follow. We will retain exclusive ownership of the source code and IP. Source code will not be shared to third parties without prior permission. You must write in such a way that we can see progress and find misunderstandings early on. Payment will be by agreed milestones We would like this to be the start of a relationship lasting many years
