Scanner/Search Page of Great Discounts Online (for Cosmetics)

This is a lot like the Skyscanner wherein you scan all airlines websites to find the best air fare deal. But only applied in different industry, in our case we need to scan through several online shops or ecommerce stores for any sale, discount for makeup and other beauty products. The output is a list of those stores wherein we can find great deals and buttons that will land on the store's order/purchase page OR the page of that item. Kindly provide a timeline and proposed budget. Your Page/Platform must be compatible with Django and or other applications. We will provide mock up/layout for search page. Pagination must be enabled for keywords that return a lot of entries. Freelancers with good feedback, portfolio and previous related experience will be prioritized.
