My name is Janine - For almost 8 years, I worked with various companies offshore such as T-Mobile USA, Uber USA/UK, Balsam Hill, Cruise Automation USA and DoorDash USA/Canada. I have taken roles during my stay in the BPO world, as a Customer Service Representative for T-Mobile USA, Email Service Representative and got promoted to Subject Matter Expert for Uber USA and UK, and worked my way up and became a Training Specialist.
I have experience using Live Chat and email features of Zendesk, consoles in Salesforce and am eager to learn new stuff to get the job done.
