I am looking to hire full-stack developers with 5 to 10 years experience in PHP development, a Software Engineer who can build both the front end and the back end of websites with American themes and design. You should have at least a BSc in Computer Science / Engineering degree and able to deliver clean, tested, working code and gives you the power to deliver a robust app in minimal time and with minimal risk of bugs or down time.
If you have these skill sets, they are an asset in this project: Angular JS, Apache HTTP Server, AWS, HTML/CSS, Ember.js, JavaScript, jQuery, Laravel, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Nginx, Node.js, PHP, Python, Polymer, React, Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, Bootstrap, Open-source software (OSS), API, Framework, Basic graphic design, Payment gateways, GIT (Code Versioning) etc.
You should also have strong English skill, Teamwork, Accountability, Analytical and Problem-Solving, Responsive design skills, testing and debugging skills, Search engine optimization, Working with Hosting (Publishing web site), Curiosity to learn new skills.

I want the website to be made as mobile-friendly as possible. A website is mobile-friendly if it:
1) Is fast loading
2) Is responsive (detects the type of device the user is using and functions accordingly)
3) Features readable text without zooming
4) Properly sizes content and photos so the user doesn’t have to scroll sideways
5) Includes links that are easy to click
