Website for community organisation

Hi I am looking to put together a website for an organisation that is set up to help the community to develop in every area. So the website has to reflect this. Knowing the organisation aim which is below might help with this. The first thing I want done is that https gets the green mark on all the browsers. I uploaded two documents. The website theme layout document has the theme I am using, and the layout of the home page. The second document called website original layout has the contents for the homepage and the other pages. Attention needs to be paid particularly to the Business Solid Foundations page. There might be a number of amendments as to be expected of this type of project. This has a form to be created. Just mentioning this again. The website needs to express what the organisation is about and the organisation aim follows. Our aim is to deliver training, courses and events that encourage, inspires and practically supports the development of local communities and surrounding areas. We plan to run training, courses and events that encourage, inspires and practically supports the development of the people in the communities mentally, relationally, physically, financially, socially. The terms are £100 milestone which will be set at the beginning this will be released when the ssl is activated and is working on all browsers and the homepage, about us, projects, and Business Solid Foundation project page has been completed. Then a milestone of £100 will be set. This will be released after the Event page, All For Life Business Networking event page, Help your Community page and Privacy Policy page has been created. The remaining £100 will be set after that. This will be released after the remaining work on the website has been done and the website has been tested. Due to the nature of the project, there is a high likelihood of modifications but they will mainly be changing of text, images or page layout.
