Hello, I am Looking for a web designer to do a couple of sites long-term. I will start with one right away.....nedd to know how this project works as this is my first time on GAF. You must be available via email or IM on a regular basis. Must be able to give an accurate timeline and deliver. The more accurate and professional the more work you will get.

Some Requirements
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,Dreamweaver, Flash, Flex, Actionscript.
- Design wordpress themes, logo design, header design,design/fix plugins, joomla, oscommerce, wordpress etc.
- Strong sense of design, web 2.0 style.
- Able to take projects from concept to completion
- Must speak English well.
- Must be able to follow instructions and take direction with minimal supervision
- Photography, videography and basic video editing skills a plus
- Ability to write standards based XHTML, CSS, MySql and JavaScript code and markup
- Experience using DHTML and AJAX to enhance the user experience.
- Experience with designing consumer-oriented banners
and landing pages web and print design experience
- Ability to design and implement creative web solutions
that have a web 2.0 look and feel
- A strong understanding of modern web practices to create an efficient
user-experience
- Modern layouts using tableless design
- A good understanding of cross-browser issues and their workarounds
- Experience with designing sites for small to mid-sized businesses.
Mandatory:
