Accessing 32 bit DLL for Microsoft Excel RTD Server: C# 64 bit wrapper for 32 bit DLL

Hi: I had an RTD Server built for me in 2005. I'm assuming that the DLL that I use is 32 bit. I would like to purchase a new 64 bit system with Excel 2010 (64 bit) as I'm told that large spreadsheets will run significantly better in a 64 bit Excel. The main issue I have is that I don't have any source code for the RTD Server but I came across an article that implies that you can access 32-bit DLLs from 64-bit code by creating a 64 bit wrapper.
