The project should have the following functionalities
- Registration for users with pending & approved
- Validation of the registered users through an activation code on email
- Ability to accept payments from credit cards & paypal (to advise payments processing sites)
- ability to fill data into a form and dispatched to all emails within the list after selecting certain criteria with recording each as a transaction with certain fields on the user record for his view
- as an administrator should have the ability
1) to accept an uploaded file that updates the required details
2) execute calculation formula to calculate a refund amount
3) ability to refund to credit cards
- Build a connectivity and data feed to free web sites that provide financial data
- Nice design
