Unique iPad/iPhone game

My hometown recently started building roundabouts throughout the city which gave me an idea for a game. My idea would be to have an overhead view of a roundabout, starting off with a classic single lane roundabout in the first level and a defined set of cars entering the field of play. Each car would be making a specific turn, example, one car making a left turn, one car making a right turn, and one car going straight. The user would have to determine which of the 4 entrances to start the cars path to navigate the roundabout safely and most efficiently. I think of a classic tower defense game with the layout of cars entering the playing field and you would have a certain amount of time to place where you want them to enter. Think of it as the board game "Traffic Jam" set in a roundabout with moving vehicles with a gamestyle similar to a tower defense game. Hopefully someone sees my vision. Thank you.
