Our company has a recycling area. There we need an MS-windows-app to display the actual weight (format: five digits, one comma, 1 digit) from our weighing machine in a small, moveable and permament displayed window on screen of computer. The weighing machine is connected with compter over LAN. The transfer-protocoll see the attachment.
