Hire a Virtual Assistant

I'm looking for a virtual assistant who is 100% fluent in English and available by Skype from 9am to 3pm GMT -5. I have several tasks that I require help with. I turn my projects around very quickly and expect assistant to do the same. I am easy to work with as long as you are reliable, punctual and professional. If you are not, I will have no problems ending a project and moving on to the next person. I would really like to find someone in Canada or the USA who can become my go-to person. Here’s a short list of some of the tasks the job will entail: -Sorting documents in cloud storage -Putting content into wordpress websites -Creating and formatting documents (strong knowledge of Word) -Sorting data in excel spreadsheets (strong knowledge of Excel) -Data Entry (database experience helpful) -Bookkeeping (keeping track of expenses, receipts, putting the info in spreadsheets etc…) -Writing to clients (excellent command of English with above average writing skills) -Social media updates (someone familiar with Twitter and Tweetdeck, FB, Linked In, Pinterest, Instagram) -Write minutes -Writing (web content, social media content, minutes, etc…) -Web research -Answering phones -Sending & answering emails -Scheduling appointments -Reconciling / updating budgets -Sending invoices/receipts Here’s what would move you to the top of my list: 1. Bilingual (English and French) 2. Web development knowledge (Wordpress specifically) 3. Graphic design (knowledge of Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator) Please don't apply unless you are 100% fluent in English.
