572263 Need help with Shopp Plugin (Wordpress)

I need help customizing the category page in my Shopp template. I had this done by another Scriptlance member but I accidentally updated Wordpress and my theme and it killed the customization I had done by a Scriptlance user. (He's not able to fix it until Monday and I need this done ASAP!) Basically I just need a table built that lists the Description (name), Details (a few info that are already inside the plugin), The Price + the minimum quantity, a box with how many the user wants + add to cart button. I've started playing around with it myself but I can only go so far with it. I have attached a JPG with what I need in the table. It should be a relatively quick thing for the right person.
