Add dynamic year updates to my website

This is a micro project. My website is created in two places, 1) using a Wordpress theme and 2) using Clickfunnels.
I want to add a dynamic year updates to my copyright notice at the footer of each page on pages created within my theme and on pages created with Clickfunnels, that show up on my site using the Clickfunnels Wordpress Plugin.
You need to be experiences with both platforms and know how to do this.
