I would like to create a mortgage calculator widget for Canadian mortgages that I can use on my website and I would also like to be able to share the widget with others enabling them to share them on their website as well.

I feel the missing element of this sample calculator is that it does not show the required income in order to qualify for the mortgage data they enter so I would want this calculator to have that.
