We want to extend our existing Wordpress programming.
We have implemented this order form because Wordpress does not offer a plug-in that covers our business model (future profits from sales to the EU will flow into a new, proper programming).
In phase 1 & 2, we want to make this (old) order form fit for customers in Europe.
So far we have only supplied distributors in Switzerland.
Now we are also allowed to serve customers abroad (but not to sign-in distributors abroad).
1. Phase green (prioritized)
Adjust five (5) pages in the order process (1d, 1f, 1g, 1h, 2d)
2nd phase brown (following phase 1)
Adjust seven (7) pages in the order process (1b, 2b, 2g, 2h, 3e, 3g, 3h)
3. Phase yellow (next milestone, to be offered separately)
For phase 3 we are looking for a consultant to advise on the choice of the right strategy.
Goal 1: generate more customers and distributors in Switzerland.
Goal 2: generate new customers in the EU.
