Setup Autoblog / Spinning Tool and RSS feeds for a blog

This is a strategy consulting job. I am looking for a solution I do not have. You will be offering me advice w/ the intention of implementing the solution for me. 1. First, Advise me on best way to automate the import of spun content to my family of WordPress niche Blogs using a RSS feed aggregation tool or other means. I am considering one or more rss feed plugins or Feedly but don't know if those are the best choice. I would like to import filtered sources for certain keywords. The content must be Google search engine friendly (SEO) so that each article can rank for keywords. 2. Second. Suggest how to best manage this content process for a family of blogs. Is there a centralized admin panel or software(s) to do this? 3. Third. Tell me how best to manage affiliate programs from a central admin panel or affiliate ad management tool. Presently I am using a CPA affiliate network and Amazon and Ebay stores to monetize these sites but none are live. 4. Finally, give me a quote to implement your recommendations. The quote should include a range of cost from low to high with different recommendations and solutions for each price point.
