Website Directory

Hello, We're looking for a Freelancer(s) with experience in building a directory website using either WordPress theme/plugin or scripts. The project is a directory with three (3) listing types* (see PS below) - USERS (with subscription levels), The users can then create Listing A and/or Listing B. Other Listings to follow in subsequent phases of this project). The USERS, LISTING A and LISTING B will each have custom fields (Screen shot will be provided for each listing). The directory will have the following features: • Strictly be in line with the screen shots we will provide. • Color theme and fonts of our choice • Responsive • User front-end dashboard • Admin back-end control • Subscription packages for USERS – Paid subscription shall be the default package for users with a 14 days free trial. Failure to upgrade automatically limits features for the user Payment gateway to be discussed. • Subscription coupons - Admin can create coupons to waive or discount subscriptions for a certain membership level • Listings will have respective custom field items arranged by tabs • Listings to have user and/or logo image plus cover image • Admin can choose specific listing and add a verified badge to the listing • Listing claim feature and Listing Transfer ownership • Social Sign up • Search field auto fill - The auto-fill will help users just type a few letter and system will automatically auto-fill/suggest search words • Featured listings Admin can make specific listings as featured to appear in top searches or or home page with specific slider • Post YouTube Videos Users can just put a link in the appropriate fields and it will automatically be changed to a YouTube Video • Photo Gallery, events et-al on select listings • WPML ready & Translation Ready • In-built Messaging System • User Notification Icons • High Speed Performance - Site must be Optimized to have very fast loading speeds • Multi-open Operation Times for Listing A • Ads placeholders • Flagging User/Listing feature • Support and Maintenance • Users can be able to follow one another, send mails to one another (in the system), create custom groups, etc • No encrypted source codes. • No plugins or scripts that will require payments UNLESS authorized by us You will also advise on the most appropriate host for the directory. We’re thinking of using Wyzi WordPress theme because it meets most of the above requirements. Since we can’t disclose further all information about the project, we will give relevant screenshots to the shortlisted bidders. PLEASE, NO IMPULSE BIDDING!
