If possible, the app must charge a small fee from each market site to download. Whoever builds it must deploy the app to Apple and Android markets as part of the fee. All profit raised will go to the NSPKU charity. The app must be called "PKU Freedom-AteR" The app must acknowledge data source as NSPKU (using NSPKU logo referenced above, and Copyright NSPKU). Developer / designer of the app must be happy to make suggested designs and minor changes through the project design lifecycle. Designer must be willing to update data sets for a small fee upon new data becoming available on a yearly basis, bu separate arrangement in advance - this must be included costings (approximate) as part of the proposal - going forward into 2018-2019, but not within this project costing / price initially.
