Text job ad

We need a text for a job ad. It should be convincing and exciting to students of industrial design. We are looking for a industral design student who plans to his master thesis in collaboration with an industry partner and wants to start his career after completion of the thesis as a member of an exciting start-up. We are one of only 9 finalists in the 7 Mio. USD Shell Ocean Discovery XPRIZE and intend to develop our competition entry into a new commercial product. We design autonomous ships and autonomous underwater robots. Both are brandnew classes of vehicles. Up to now, design has been guided by traditional concepts of manned ships. We want to overcome this traditional design concept. We need new, bold, exciting designs. Therefore we are looking for a junior person wizh fresh ideas and courageous visions. The master thesis will result into a conceptual model and a prototype of a new type of autonomous semisubmersible with twin hulls and electric drive. A naval engineer in our team will support the student. The attached image is a first draft from a concept artist. Now we want to progress to real product ideas
