Brief:
Looking for a freelancer to automate reporting using Zoho Creator
Detail:
- Client is a training company
- Wants to allow trainers to fill up forms (at the end of each training session) to clock their training attendance and the students' attendance
- There are different types of forms for different training modes (e.g. in-person classes, webinars, mentoring, etc)
With all these inputs, there should be a back end report generated to show
- The total number of hours attended by each student
- The total number of hours clocked by each trainer
- The total number of remuneration / training fees awarded to each trainer
- The total revenue accrued up to date - based on the hours attended by the student
- The total cost (trainer fees) accrued up to date - based on the hours clocked by the trainer
Some of the reports have to draw data from multiple web forms.
Reports:
- Admin user should be able to filter the reports by batch by month
- System should automatically generate a report at the end of each month and send out to admin / user
Scope
- There are currently about 5-6 webforms
- Back end should allow admin to upload student nominal roll (for each batch of students)
- Back end should allow admin to upload trainer nominal roll (to add or remove trainers)
- Back end should allow admin to adjust the trainer rates and the revenue rates (which are inputs for the reports)
- Some information (i.e. attedance) of the webform / reports in zoho creator may be pushed to Zoho CRM (at a contact level - for the student)
