Awful worker-- he said at the beginning, and I agree- that he was doing this work for very low fees. But after that? He went to his vacation in May. and since then did not write in at all In the meantime,his friend who was operating this account? He asked for release of all the money? When the work was not complete? I wrote in to the guy(Navneet) in May itself telling about his friend asking all the money to be released? And till today(11 July ) he did not reply to my email- only when I wrote in in Freelancer yesterday the guy coolly replies that its a low cost job, he is not getting what he deserves and he cannot even complete it. The only reason I released the remaining funds is to give this guy a bad rating so that others stay away from him. And I have 83 5.0 employee ratings? So I know what I am talking about- the guy may ofcourse give me a bad rating. but frankly I am more concerned about his not getting any work- not until hr does not treat 'low-cost' projects like trash.
