So need to hire some person who would simply take your work and outsource to low grade writers? Do you want some one who only wants to work as middle man? Do you want some one to take your project for $100 and then to find some one to do the work for $2? And when the work submitted and when it would be really bad, but you would ask her not to do outsource, her reply would be, how dare am I to say the work is not good. As per as her, the work she does is priceless. LOL. Yeah, just imagine what I went through with her. She is a TIME WASTER. So avoid and don’t hire her under any circumstances.
