• Client industries include predominantly Healthcare (Government and Private), as well as Education, FMCG, Construction, Travel, Hospitality, etc. • Understanding client requirements and defining client projects based on costs, schedules, and performances of component modules. • Establishing rapport, maintaining communication and building credibility with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.

• Worked closely with Sales and Marketing to identify and develop client accounts. • Provided personal support to over 60 clients (total over 100 clients), mostly in Healthcare, including direct supervision and indirect advice/consultancy on the the client’s business activities such as Marketing, Operations/Workflow, Accounts, IT, HR, QC, Socio-Legal Compliances, Training, etc. • Negotiated with vendors and procured components for hardware, accessories, LAN/WAN, systems software, anti-virus, etc.
