I developed my professional translating skills mainly whilst working at the Zalgirio loto ltd and the Ministry of Agriculture in Lithuania. This involved a series of translation projects like translating EC Rural Development Policy 2007-2010, plus Ministry of Agriculture annual reports. My Interpreter's career started with telephone interpreting and gradually developed to a face to face and conference interpreting. I work for the Agencies like The Big Word, Lingo 24 etc. I currently live in the UK and am furthering my education by studying for a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages, specializing in English and German. I am now looking to develop my professional skills as a translator/interpreter. I believe my extensive experience in translating professional and government documents from English into Lithuanian and vice versa and excellent editing skills would be very useful to you. I am also used to working to tight deadlines and have completed many time sensitive translation/editing projects. I have a strong work ethic and am committed to my career as a translator, as evidenced by my current further education studies.
