Customer Support Activity Dashboard in Power BI
This dashboard has been created on Power BI Platform with involvement of all the advanced features required. This dashboard includes all the requirements described by the client and plus some extra KPIs which were created on the basis of data patterns. It is a two paged dashboard, Page Once gives you the Operational statistics of the customer support Activities and the second page is based on the performance of the Customer support representatives co related to customer support activities.

Plus, I have a diverse experience of working for 2.5 Years in Fortune 500 Companies S&P Global as Sr. Content Analyst and a vast experience of 6 years as Sr. Accountant in an intergovernmental international organization. To learn specifically about the digital business I started short term business projects that given me instinct about the business dynamics.
