This is actually a web site that I and my team are working to help family and friends to either video call each order or vocal call depending on the device the user is having. Using Skype, every user pays a fix rate per minutes. Using our system a group of users with Skype account would be able to split the expenses rate per minutes between Skype user to a non-Skype user. That is For Example: If the rate per Min = $1.00 per min, There are 10 user in the conference call website, and 1 users are non-Skype users. Instead of the 9 users paying $1.00 each, they will all split the $1.00 fie to become $0.11 each. Increasing Skype users around the globe.
