I have a total of 14 years working experience in USA, AU and New Zealand companies. 9years of solid experience in Australia and New Zealand Collections Industry. Strong background in collecting purchased debts, contingent and currently, Payday loans. Have proven track records in handling start-up accounts. Once led a team that competed with other collection companies in New Zealand, won the competition and was awarded with more debt allocation. Also won several awards in all of my previous and current company. As Debt recovery Supervisor, I am responsible for the Collections team's day-to-day operations.
