FileMaker development of cost report analysis software for the film industry

DO NOT HIRE. He started the project as a weekly hire everything was going well for a few weeks then he said he had emailed me the latest update (which I never received) and he ghosted me. I have his WhatsApp to communicate with, I can see he is active and online, but never responds to contact via Freelancer.com or WhatsApp. Freelancer support have tried to contact him but he has not responded to them either. He took my money and ditched. Beware! Freelancer.com suck too. [08 October, 2023] WARNING - DO NOT HIRE! He was working on my project on a week to week basis. He was communicating well. He then said he had emailed an interim file for review. I told he I had not received it and asked him to post it on the Freelancer site. He asked me to check my spam (nothing there). He ghosted and I have not heard from him since. He knew he had more work to do on the current in progress version, and we had started discussing version 2. He took my money and left me with nothing.
