Hi, my names is Serena, i'm italian but actually i live in Belgium. I have exsperience in IT Help desk first line,international customer care and tourism. I was deliver support in first line to users with PC related problems via telephone, mail and fax.,identification of the cause of the user’s problem and escalation of the more complex problems to second level support groups. My working experiencies let me develop ability/skill/capacity to understand the requirements of the customers. I’m stress resistant and I have positive attitude
