I am fast learner, reliable and hardworking individual who has over 3 years of experience in providing high quality service to various call center companies. I was trained at 2 of the largest Call Centers in the Philippines and served as a Team Lead for 1 year which helped me bring out the best of my personality that I consider essential in providing service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, empathy and calmness.
I am skilled in providing email, ticket, live chat and phone support. I have experience with Zendesk and LiveOps and is willing to learn to use new tools to get the job done. I am always eager to learn and familiarize myself with the product. When I was a Team Lead, I accomplished most of my tasks using MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Spreadsheets so I can definitely do Data Entry.
