I run multiple health and safety courses and need a more professional certificate of training for when participants complete their training.

Key points:
- The certificate should reflect the course's significance and the professional value I aim to provide.
- The current certificate is criticized for its design/layout and color scheme. The new design should rectify these issues.
- Your design should impart a sense of accomplishment and professionalism to those who receive it.

Ideal Freelancer:
- Graphic designer with experience in professional document design.
- Appreciation for health and safety and compliance-related aesthetics.
- Ability to create a harmonious, visually pleasing layout.
- Understanding of the impact of color schemes on the perception of the document.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past certificates or similar professional documents is a plus.
